I had my OME installed on a server 2008R2 system that I upgraded to 2012R2.  OME appears to still be running, in that it's sending me email alerts for warranty status and whatnot, but I cannot get into the web interface.  I get the animated splash logo and that's all the further it goes.

After playing around with it for a while, I decided to just do a repair install.  OME is now missing from add/remove programs, but is obviously still installed because it's still sending emails.  The web page also is still showing the splash screen and hanging up there.  I figured I'd try reinstalling over the alleged existing installation, but the prerequisites say it's already installed.

Any suggestions?  I have no real problem with just uninstalling it and starting over, but since Windows thinks it already uninstalled, I'm not sure how best to go about that.
