Pro Max 16 Premium MA16250, charging issues

I just got this laptop and I am having issues with power management. I want the battery to stay charged up all the time. And no matter which power setting I put it on the battery will discharge all the way. Mind you the laptop is ALWAYS plugged in. Sometimes the adapter will show that its a 90W and other times it will show 130W. The charging icon on the battery always shows it's plugged in whether it is or not. I have had the battery replace and the adapter which makes me believe that its a setting somewhere's in the computer? So far the support people have no idea what to do. How about any of you?
