Pro Max 16 Premium, Microsoft account device not recognised under RAID 0
I have a Dell Pro Max 16 Premium and have set up a RAID 0 with Intel RST application. The Raid 0 seems to be working well on the laptop and windows 11 and office 365 are activated/recognised on my Microsoft account.
The problem I have is that the laptop is no longer shown on "Devices". Originally the laptop was set up with a single SSD drive and using this configuration the laptop was registered under Devices on my Microsoft account.
I have updated drivers from the Dell website but to no avail.
Is there anything that I can do to get this laptop linked to my Microsoft account. It is handy to have this so that the bitlocker keys are recorded.
Many thanks for your time and help.
Terry

This is apparently a known issue with clean installs and detection. You may want to try manual reactivation (under Settings - System - Activation).
Failing that there's more detail here

It's strange as the MA16250 shows up in the windows 11 settings under linked devices and even on my other computer under settings, locally on the PC.
I signed in with another MS account on the MA16250 and it did show on the MS website account but then quickly disappeared.
Very strange, but at least the laptop is working well.
Any more ideas appreciated
