Are there stylus for Dells touchscreen computers?
My wife and I just ordered Dells I5459-4020blk all-in-one touchscreen computer. Thus far both of us have been using our personal Wacom (screenless) Tablet, the Intous series. With the new touchscreen computer allowing for adjustable tilts, it seems like a selling point is being able to use it as one big tablet. But I want to know if dell or wacom sell stylus specifically made for these touch screen computers. We need to be able to use Photoshop and would love a stylus that supprt programable buttons and press-and-hold features. Interchangeable Nibs.... stuff like that. Especially if it allowed the "Pen only" feature where the screen will only respond to the pen and not your hand/arm/wrist/skin.
Im not gonna get just any ol generic stylus from wallmart/target. Any ideas?

The answer to the original question
"are there stylus for Dells touchscreen computers"
is No there aren't any.
Other than surface pro machines I'm not aware of Any windows based touch screens or touch screen machines with stylus.

Fingers are not programmable units with buttons. Touch Screens are designed to work with fingers not programmable stylus. Touch screens are not wacom digitizer pads.

As I'm inclined to accept the idea that "Fingers dont have programmable buttons"... I also have to rely on my experience with devices like the Samsung Note Series of products. Unfortunately they don't come with fingers, even though in some macabre way that would be kind of cool, they DO come with Stylus that have buttons. Even if it's not a brand/product specific stylus, you can even buy generic stylus that work with touch screen devices. So, maybe instead of stating the obvious as if to imply that I'm an idiot for thinking that the new Dell touch screen monitors are not a step backwards, but rather rather a step forward from what preexisting touch screen devices support. Maybe that's just me.

Samsung Android Devices are not WINDOWS Touch Screens. Touch Screen Monitors in General are designed for fingers. There are ZERO touch screens for Desktops that I am aware of that are designed for stylus. The surface Pro I believe has one but that's not a monitor its a tablet.

You can get add-on USB pads that are very large touchpads, but have many more features, including a stylus. There are actually easier to use than a touch-screen monitor that you have to reach for.

There we go... THATS an answer! Thank you. Don't know if its an accurate one, but it's not just stating the obvious like your other two replies, so Ill take it.
