BIOS Password

I recently bought a Dell desktop E510 at a yard sale. The BIOS is password locked, is there anyway to access the BIOS ?
I Have tried taking out the battery and leaving it out for 3 days and then put the battery back in but the BIOS is still password locked.
There is a BIOS update needed on this system.
Any Suggestion or cures ?

You can reset the BIOS password by following the instructions HERE.
