Bluetooth Audio Not Working
Computer: Dell XPS 2720
OS: Windows 8.1
The bluetooth audio does not work with any headset that I connect to it. When I look at under Device Manager > Sound, video and game controlles - there is an exclamation mark on the 'Bluetooth Audio Device'. Opening the device properties I see:
Driver Provider: Qualcomm Atheros Communications
Driver Date: 12/18/2012
Driver Version: 8.0.0.218
Device Status: This device cannot start. (Code 10). Object Path Component was not a directory object.
I have tried the support assist application and it says there is nothing wrong with the bluetooth. I tried the 'Drivers & downloads' web page and the does not appear to be any driver updates for this. Any help would be appreciated.

Good day !
Thank you for writing to Dell Community Forum .
Request you to kindly uninstall the existing driver from device manager and then install these drivers in the same sequence ,
*Click here for Bluetooth device driver .
*Click here for audio device driver .
I hope this helps but if there are any queries do reply to this post with the service tag of the system sent via private message so that I can assist you .
Awaiting your response .
Kindest Regards ,

By the way, I do know how to take a screenshot. This is what I'm getting:
They all three say that same thing: "Object Path Component was not a directory object."

Hi! I'm having this same problem. Can't pair wireless headphones and getting this same error message.
Can you clarify for someone who isn't to good at this-
What, exactly, do I uninstall?
And
How do I do it?
I would really appreciate it. I have two great wireless headphone sets that are paperweights at the moment.
