Cant access DCF from my computer

For the last 3 weeks i cant get on DCF but keep getting an error message:

Sorry, there was a problem with your last request!

Either the site is offline or an unhandled error occurred. We apologize and have logged the error. Please try your request again or if you know who your site administrator is let them know too.

Anyone know why, ithas only affect one computer but the others work fine. Anyone got any ideas why?

I've been dealing with Dell on access and kept getting this after the switch to the new log on procedure plus associating my forum logon with the Dell overall logon.  All I would get is the "Sorry" error message when trying to access the forum.  You will have to delete all cookies in your browser and after that you will be able to get on the forum.

In reference to posting on the forum and getting the "Sorry" error message, I've been getting that ever since the new forum has been on line.  It's better now than it was at the start.  Now, the first time I post (answer a question) it will take several time (sometimes 5 or 6) before it will post.  After that, my responses post on the first attempt.  Dell is still working on the posting problems.  The posting problems are not any Browser specific (it works the same for me with I.E.7, Firefox or Maxthon browsers) and it works the same with my Vista 64 bit machine or my Vista 32 bit machine.

That's a very common error message for many, when they try to post on the forums, but this is the first time I've heard of it when trying to login to the forums?

I've been using http://en.community.dell.com/ to access the Forum home page and haven't had any problems posting or viewing.
