Can't start up/Stuck on loading screen

Evening all, I've recently got myself an Alien x51 and I've been having some issues, when I initially got it, things worked fine until I updated my graphic card. Now I cannot get past the load up screen, been looking for about 5 hours online and no posted issues have worked. The issue is that I get 1 of 2 things happen, either the pc boots up and the screen goes black or the pc boots up and gets stuck at the loading screen with the little dots spinning. I can't get into safe mode, F8 doesn't work, shift f8 doesn't work, I think ilthis is a windows 10 thing?? Not sure. I've even tried unplugging everything and pushing the power button to remove static in the system, nothing works, I'm completely stuck and I cannot get past this issue. Please can someone give me anything else to try or know if a solid solution that works! Appreciate anyone's help in advance. Ed
