Computer does not recognize Digital Camera connection
I installed the Canon S200 software and I'm using a USB cable to connect the computer and camera. But every time I try to download my pictures from the camera I get an error message that says "Computer cannot connect to camera". Also, any time I plug in the USB cable to one of the USB ports, the computer doesn't notify me that new hardware has been plugged in. The ports seem totally unresponsive. Can someone please help me out with this? I just got this computer lsat week so I don't understand why I'm experiencing this problem.
Oh, one more thing. I made the mistake of connecting the camera to the computer BEFORE I installed the camera driver. The camera manual says that I should not connect it first or it will create problems.

unplug the camera, uninstall the camera software. Do a system restore to before you installed the camera
Install camera again, & Follow the instructions.

Nevermind my last question.
I did the system restore and everything works perfectly! I was also trying to set up my all-in-one printer a few days ago and it didn't work - now it does! The computer also runs faster and it doesn't lock up as much. Thank you so much!
