Computer overheating problems

Is there any way to fix this. The only way to prevent problems and keep it from over heating is to take off the front cover and the side cover, and stick a HUGE fan in front of it on medium or low. This is very annoying.

Please help!

thanks.

The amount of heat that is produced by my 8100 system actually raises the room temperature noticibly over time.

A few lockups once in a while. I've never known 2000 to lock up that bad.
