dell pc power button is blinking but computer won't turn on.
Yesterday my pc is knocked down and after that pc power button is blinking and won't turn on. I put out the hard , ram, and power cable from the MB and put it back but nothing happened? Please guide me to resolve this issue?? Thanks

What specific desktop model? Open it up and disconnect/reconnect every cable you see on both ends. Then retest.
