Does any one know who the Dimension 4400I - Intel® Pentium® 4 Processor-E-(Value CH446W3 ) manufacturer is for the MOTHERBOARD?
...or is this a Dell secret?

Very interesting. That is good news.
The next Question however, is "would they be the same motherboard exactly, or would Intel include customizations for their customer Dell?" How would one find out details of the motherboard features and bios implementation pertaining to this particular pc mode, prior to purchasing the pc from Dell?
Any complaints about this motherboard or pc model that you have heard?

There are a number of folks there that know all the particulars. I can tell you that since 1998, they are built with customizations specified by Dell, two of which are non-standard sizing to only fit Dell cases and a non-standard connector pinout to the PSU.
