Director Player Error/Script Error

When I power up, a message box appears that contains "Director Player Error", then, below that, "Script Error", and asks Continue? Yes, No. Not knowing what to do the first time it appeared, I clicked No, the box disappeared. but it reappears everytime I power up.

That is a Shockwave error. Its possible one of the plug ins have been corrupted. I suggest you read this Macromedia Help Page: http://www.macromedia.com/support/shockwave/ts/documents/playerfaq.htm
