driver for "sm bus controller" please

i can't seem to find driver for this device.
i run dell driver check .I installed chipset , bios and video drivers as it recommended. still no luck.
please let me know the location of this driver for "windows 7 pro 64bit and 32bit"

Press [Windows] and [ r ] and type in msinfo32 and press [Enter]. Let us know the system model, BIOS version and SMBIOS version.
