dwwin.exe shutdown problem Please? help

 Hi guys.

I know I 'm maybe in the wrong place or wrong area 

but . I was told that the shutdown problem  saying that

......exe aplication failing & that windoes station shuting down! .

is not a hardware problem . in a site yesterday I red that it could be . & the reason put done as uncompatibility of some harddrives hardwares.

I had a new hard drive putin by dell 4 weeks ago . so I'm wondering.

however .

I have problem with file which is 3 of them in pc & belong to microsoft coop. error reporting .

{ { { {   dwwin.exe.dll  }}  in preferch & system 32 files.

I do not know if I have to call software helpline or harware . dose any of you knows how to do away with this.

as a result it even stops me to use system restore.

sometimes I think Windows XP is more of a problem then windows ME  though the only good thing is it dose not have blue page .      ;)
