Fatal Exception Question

I've received the following error a couple of times:

Fatal  Exception has Occured at 0028:C023D7FF in VXD VDD(09) + 00001803

Does the VDD(09) mean that the problem is a video driver?

I don't know for sure, but (sorry if you already know this ;-) slowing down the hardware acceleration can help figure out the problems.

A co-worker sent me a PowerPoint presentation which would hang my laptop in an infinite refresh loop. Backing the hardware acceleration down "fixed" the problem.

I've since upgraded the laptop from 2000 Pro to XP Pro and the problem went away.

Thank you.  I've modified it and so far no problems.
