Hello Kitty thing

HELP!

I have no idea what this means, but I got a message tonight with a little hello kitty head on it that said "Patch the leaks, or the ship will sink".  It really really freaked me out! What does it mean?!??!?!?

No, seriously, it's a real virus. Check out the bad news (and how it can be eliminated) here:

Boy you are good!

Judging by the date of your reply you answered this question over a year before it was asked.
Can I email you about some stocks I was thinking of buying?

EDIT
Hummm? That's strange, when I replied to your message Dell listed it as being from 11-1-01, but now it has the correct date.
Never mind about the stock picks then ...

Don't know Annie, but I would not open it or click on anything......instead I would activate the Virus program and scan the item.  Make sure you have updated virus definitions.  Sometimes these things are mostly harmless, just trying to drum up business, but on the other hand, could cause problems.

good luck.

Hi,

You have at least one Virus.

I suggest that once you fix your system, you install and use a quality antivirus program 100% of the time with updated definitions. I suggest Norton AntiVirus.
