Help with error message

Hi All, Wow I got such great help here last time I posted I thought I'd try again! I get the followingerror message on startup. "Error in C:\WINNT\System32\NvCpl.dll Missing Entry: NvStartup" It is in a box titled RUNDLL with a big red X in it.  I believe it stems form my improper removal of a video driver uprade I downloaded from windows update. I have a 4100 with Nvidia GeForce2 MX card. I am now using the supplied driver 6.3.4.0. A Dell tech originally helped me with the problem but come to find out all he did was put me in selective startup mode to avoid the error message and not eliminate the problem. Is there a way to permanently fix this?

Thanks
