I purchased and installed an ATI TV Wonder Elite PCI ,TV Tuner card ! THis Ccard was rated very high in all the reviews I read on it . The software that came bundled with the card did not recieve as high ratings as the card ,which is not uncommon for ATI software ,which is known to be buggy. When I installed the TV Tuner card I used the Media Center to configure it to work , it was easy and worked flawlessly. However while viewing th Tv while on the net or doing other task on my PC , I would have the TV downsized to a small aprx 5"x5" box and the picture looked fine ! However when I put it in full screen mode the picture quality was not acceptable at all ,very grainy and just a all aroynd bad picture . Well Iam so happy that I tired thisa product that not only fixed my display prob with the TV Tuner card, all the TV's in my home are now getting the best picture they ever had ,that includes a 50" plasma, 36" CRT and a 20" CRT ,my PC's monitor is a 19" Dell flat panel ! what I did was try a able amp[lifier ,the one I purchased had the same specs as amp's with the same or less features . Its a PCT 8-Port Bi-Directionial; TV HDTV Amplifier Splitter Signal Booster with Passive Return Path ,1,000GHz ! I paid $35 for this piece of hardware in a alluminum white enameled case ,very solid feel ,for internial or externial use ,howevr you must have a power suppply to plug it into . I've seen comparable amps for at least $78 or more ! It was the best $35 I spend !

 IMHO
