When I go into Advanced BIOS setup, I can't see any option to enable Virtualisation.
Hope someone can help me with this.
Thanks

You are running the Intel Core 2Quad Q8200 processor. As you can see, it does not support VT (Virtualization Technology):http://ark.intel.com/products/36547/intel-core2-quad-processor-q8200-4m-cache-2_33-ghz-1333-mhz-fsb
You could upgrade the processor. The Q8400 does support VT:http://ark.intel.com/products/38512/intel-core2-quad-processor-q8400-4m-cache-2_66-ghz-1333-mhz-fsb
In fact, it "may" run any of the processors on this page (under Compatible Products):http://ark.intel.com/products/35132/Intel-82G45-Graphics-and-Memory-Controller-Hub
