Inspiron 531 will NOT boot
pushed the power button on CPU, monitor stays black, power button turns white, can hear hard drive start up, cabinet blower stops after about 1 minute, NO beeps after powering on.. Any help is needed. thanks. Undeer

Ok , I will let you know how it works, I want to thank you for your help and any others that gave me help even if it did not work i still gained some knowledge I thank you all again until next time.
