iPhone doesn't sync with iTunes
On a PC running Windows 7 and configured with the Intel P55 Chipset, the iPhone doesn't sync with iTunes. Here are the workarounds that customers are following to fix their issue:
* Connecting to an added PCI USB card
* Deleting the iPodDevices.xml file from C:\Users username\AppData\Local\Apple Computer\iTunes
* Disabling Bonjour service from the services tab of MSCONFIG
* Turning on C-state capability in the BIOS (Not all our system BIOSs have this option)

My iphone is not able to sync with itunes and apple asked to see if Dell had any input- they have done "all they can" at this point. When I try to sync the iphone gets backed up but then says "You do not have enough access privileges for this operation". Any suggestions?

This is not Dell software.
If using WIN7 open as administrator the I tunes application.
Access privileges refer to another person songs, under their private password.
Do you have some songs in your iTunes library that you didn't actually purchase?
When trying to "Add to Library" after selecting content to add: Attempting to copy the disk "Untitled" failed. You do not have enough access privileges for this operation. Verify that your user is listed with Read/Write privileges under the Sharing settings of my iTunes folder.
1. Open iTunes
2. Click "Edit" in the top menu bar
3. Click "Preferences"
4. Click the "Advanced" icon
5. Highlight and copy (Ctrl+C) the iTunes Media folder location
6. Open My Computer, click in the address bar, paste (Ctrl+V) the folder location and hit enter
7. Right-click and click properties and make absolutely sure you have write permissions (NOT READ ONLY) and apply to sub-folders & files .
If you are saying that ALL of your songs (including the ones you bought) aren't working, then you have a different problem all together.
If this is the case, call Apple customer service or go here:
