minor problems after clean install?
I had to do a clean install. Would like to know how I can get the user guides back on my start/programs menu, also after I restart my computer I get an error screen on the top it says (service) below then it reads windows cannot connect to the e.support button hardware. You can still access e-support by double clicking the desktop icon if restarting your system does not clear this problem, you can repair it with e-support. Then it reads detail: create instancEnum 0 failed.
Any help with this will be appreciated.

You can get your user guides off your resource cd. I personnaly like to copy them into a folder in my documents. When you put in the resource cd, just click on users guides and a big 'ol list will appear. Just right click on the one you want an copy and send it where you want it.
Sorry to say I can't help with the e-support button. However I do recall seeing a few other e-support button questions in the forum. If nobody answers you quick enough, you might want to use the search to find the postings elsewhere.
