Net Agent Server

I'll try this again, since I have all zero's in back of my posting. Forgive the repeat but------

Does anyone know what a 'Net Agent Server' is??? When trying to connect for live help I keep getting "Connection to the Net Agent Server has been lost. Will attempt reconnection in 10 seconds." But then in 10 seconds I get the same message again.

I have Windows XP, Home, with Outlook Express.
