Network access on Optiplex 755 using Ghost 12 recovery disk, anyone?

I have tried making recovery disks using different versions of the NIC drivers, but to no avail. I see from the posts here and other forums that this is an issue that many people experience for other products as well.

The SATA disk access is no problem and the Ghost utility says that no additional drivers are necessary to install when checked?
