Optiplex 960: hardware driver error for PCI simple communications controller

Optiplex 960: hardware driver error for PCI simple communications controller. The computer also has a question mark on "Intel Active Management Technology - SOL (COM4)" .

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit. Installed the latest BIOS A05, chipset driver (AMT HECI and AMT SOL/LMS). I used to have the same problem under WIN XP SP3.

What drivers do I need to install to fix this two problems?
