WIndows Xp.  the problem is Mcafee never stops 'installing update's and I can't update Windows. I get a bunch of errors. Dell set me up with the different adminstrator when I was having issues with ITunes.  Now it seems I was able to fix that and I just want to get rid of the 2nd administrator so I can download Mcafee with out all error messages.

Thanks for your help.

I have a 4 yr old Dell Dimenstion 8300. Some time ago dell had me create an additional administrator due to some computer issues. . I want to now get rid of it. How can I get rid of the 2nd administrator without messing up the main one?

Please please someone respond with some good advise.  These 2 administrators are reeking havoc on my system.

Which operating system?

In and of itself, having two accounts with Administrator privileges does not "reek havoc" on a system unless the accounts belong to two different people each doing his/her own thing.

On my Windows XP computers, there is the default Administrator account that is automatically set up in Windows XP, and a separate account under my name that also Administrator privileges.
