Setting Numlock for a wireless keyboard, possible?
I have a Dell 8400 and a Dell wireless keyboard.
When my system boots up, the numlock key on the wireless keyboard is not engaged. (hence typing the number 1 on the keypad makes the cursor jump to the last character in the line.)
I want the numlock key engaged.
Solutions I've tried and found don't work:
Alter the bios to have NumLock engaged.
Alter the bios to have NumLock not engaged, and then reboot and alter the bios to have it engaged.
Check that the registry is set to automaticly engaged NumLock.
Does anyone have another suggestion? Or can someone confirm that what I want to do is impossible?
