Hi,

That is 100% normal.

Chips can run a little under or over the spec. that's the way they are built. 2MHz is a veeeeeeeery small percentage, and the test that you used could been of some. Or, if you have anything running in the background that could drop your speed.

You have no problem with your system.

Picollo,
I would not worry about the speed difference, i have run benchmark test on my 700Mhz machine and some programs say i have 698,699, 703Mhz.So the missing Mhz's you will never miss,and is not a problem.
