Stand By mode

Question

I am unable to enter the 'Stand By' mode with my computer as I get the following error message; 'The device driver for the 'Terminal Server Keyboard Driver' is preventing the machine from entering standby. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update the driver.' I have updated the drivers (both Keybaord and Video), uninstalled some Scanner software, run the 32 bit diagnostic (no problems), gone into the Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Power Options and changed the System Standby from 'never' to 2 minutes. Nothing has worked. Where do I go from here to fix this problem?
