Sounds like you may need a motherboard replacement, better check with support though, and if necessary, they'll issue you a DPS (dispatch #) and a Skilled Technician will be sent to your house with the motherboard to replace it for you, get it in before 5PM and they will most likely have the tech there next day (tomorrow).
Not sure that is the problem. Login to windows works fine, just unable to navigate any further than the login prompt. I can't even access bios. Would it have something to do with the drivers for the USB interface? I get no activity on any port. Thanks!
I don't seem to be getting anywhere. Of course I am unable to reinstall anything because I cannot get any further than the logon. I am completely stuck. Is it time for tech support?
