what is the ram memory on the xps 410,...pc 5300 or pc 5400??

im looking into adding another gig of ram and i noticed at newegg.com that there is pc5300 and pc5400 both at 667mhz. does anyone know which the xps410 has?? and what does 5300 and 5400 mean? does it make a diff in speed? i would like to stick with what i have now so i dont mess things up. thanks.
