help with a game problem

Not sure if this is the right place, i have been playing games on www.pogo.com and as it loads say the game spades there in the middle of the screen while the game is loading will usually be an ad, well everytime now when i try and get into the game and click on spades while loading there is no ad and i know from loading and playing that there needs to be an ad in the middle of the screen cuz that is how they are, so i checked my cookies and they seem fine nothing has changed, so i even lowered the cookie part so that i may be able to enter and still nothing then i went to tools and clicked on internet options and clicked on sites and even typed in the addresse of the site and made sure nothing was blocked, still not working, when i try to write to the company there isnt a place to do so pogo.com is a doubleclick.net company and they are really picky about making sure they can locate you so they want your cookies dissabled what other option is there for me? if you know of something else i could try please let me know could it be in zone? i have zone alarm do you think maybe its blocked there, liked i said yesterday on the 18th I was able to enter and havent changed anything and when i click on spades or hearts and as i watch it load with out an ad in the middle of the screen i see my privacy on the lower part of the screen so when i click it it tells me what the problem is, it'll say blocked so i hight lite it and tell it to allow cookies for this site yet it dosent seem to change for me and if the ad is a certain ad then I will see the privacy and it will say http://ad.doubleclick.net/adi/spades2.pogo/load;d... and i type this in the site spot to make sure that i am letting the privacy know that it is ok to allow this yet still no go any help will be great. thanks
