Upgrading Graphics Card on Dimension C521

Hi I have a Dimension C521 and want to upgrade the graphics card to have a HDMI output so I can hook it up to my TV. I still want to use the monitor so I want a card with HDMI and VGA. I am not bothered about playing games. Ideally I want a card that supports HD for my TV.

If anyone could point me to an appropriate compatible card I would be most greatfull.
