The problem at the beginning of the installation of ECS EX300
We has a cluster 12 Node EX300, to launch it, we followed the instructions of the company, which is abbreviated below:
-First, we have made iDRAC settings on all Nodes, and access to it was done.
-In the next step, we entered the OS installation by "ecs-os-setup.x86_64-3.7.0.1-1883.cb8e257.88.install.iso" and mounted the file to the server through iDRAC.
-In the next step, according to the installation procedure, we tried to connect to IP 192.168.219.1 but this IP was not accessible. To continue the installation, we must have ssh access to this IP.
Below are the images related to the output of the "ip a" and other commands. Please guide me.
made all the physical connections of ports BE, FE, and iDRAC correctly and according to the document.

The problem was the settings on the BE switch.
After making the changes, my problem was solved.

Try the following commands:
sudo systemctl restart emc-nan
then check the status again
sudo systemctl status apache2
sudo systemctl start apache2
sudo systemctl restart emc-nan

How can I set an IP on the private network?
I mean the ports that are connected to the BE switch.
