Access to fusion.emc.com does not work

Hello,

When trying to access https://fusion.emc.com the following error appears:

System Error

A system error has occurred

There was an error with your request. Please try again.


Also when accessing through powerlink.
Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > License Management
Click on ¿Connectrix Directors and Switches¿ the same error occurs.

does anybody know what's wrong?

As license mgt for Conn... tries to go over fusion no wonder it fails (given the first error). I guess this is the time when US guys are coming to work and early shutdowns are performed or quick fixes are done :D

Hopefully it is a early shutdown....
We need the website latest at friday to start switching switches ;-) on saturday.

There was indeed a problem with the switch licensing application that was resolved late on the 19th (too late for Europe, unfortunately). I have asked for an investigation into this application failure and if there are any improvements possible in the automatic monitoring so that this type of failure could have been spotted earlier.
