Alerts portlet

Recently NetWorker related alert notice has been sent out to EMC customer. However, alerts portlet doesn't get updated. Is this flaw within portlet design or someone missed to update that section?

Instead of opening a new thread I will use this one. There has been number of alerts for SW storage group and I just observed something: when I click on alert a new tab (or window - depending on your configuration) is opened with alert while original Powerlink page gets refreshed with alert which was clicked previously removed.

Is this removal per design? I ask this because previously I had Replistor alert which I have clicked and that one never disappeared. Well, today that one was gone too after I clicked on it. Is there a place on web I could trace alerts history as imagine following: dozens alerts are raised, I click on them and go out for beer and when I'm back I find my machine has crashed. When logging back to PL I find no alerts as those are seen by system as "seen already". It might be a bit bad example, but having a history of alerts would be good idea.

And another thing, EMC Technical Advisories NetWorker Client for Linux provides link to "EMC Technical Alert for IBM ATape Driver for Linux" dated April 2006 which is broken. When I click on it I get:
