I have no BPM/BPS products, yet, but I'm also interesting in such forum.
I think, when BPM/BPS become generally available on Download Center, such forum quickly become one of the most popular.

Yes, Venkata, I know about controlled releases, but I was not very persistent in getting access to these software. Only once (immediately after FCS release publication) I wrote e-mail on address that was indicated in BPM/BPS FCS release notes (bpm@documentum.com) and received non-deliverable error. After that I wasn't tried again.
Do you know other address to ask about access to controlled releases?
If you can't publish it here, please send it directly on my e-mail.

Now I have access to BPM/BPS controlled release. Even more - our company participates in BPM/BPS 5.2.5 SP2 Early Deployment Program and now I already have SP2 release of this software (and Documentum Forms Builder, too).

Sorry getting back late. I didn't have any issues downloading the controlled release from the partnet package link in the download site. If I remember correctly you had mentioned that your company is a partner. The only email I can think of is request product access method in the release notes and not direct email to bpm@.....
