Can not create new service requests

I did specify the non alpha or numeric characters that I have used on the last row of my previous post.

I had the same issue - if you check past threads you will find it. In my case I was using Czech characters to explain Celerra issue with them... but as it seems Powerlink didn't like it either.

I know this could bit inconvenient, but can you post the text you entered which seems to trigger this? Then ppl running this could verify which exactly character is triggering this.

Did another try and removed ´ and ' from the text and that helped.

I had also read your thread previously but guess that had slipped my mind during the frustration of unusefullness of Powerlink.

Well, not good if you wish to post script or UNIX cmd line in description (actually in my case it was additional information) or any other piece of code. The only workaround I know (or suspect to work) is to put that in file and attach it to service request.
