Dell Command Update - scanning for updates successfully but not applying them

I am trying to use Dell Command Update (Universal version, v5.4.0) via an ADMX template in Intune in order to manage and update all possible driver options and BIOS updates to my computer fleet. 

I can see the right timings are being recieved within the app, but nothing actually happens as that time passes.

For example, when I do a manual "Check", I can see 12 updates have been detected, but rebooting after the timed update even and rescanning with DCU still shows 12 updates have been detected ie: the timing settings seem to be correct, but nothing appears to get updated?

In this instance, I am specifcally expecting the BIOS to be updated. We use Bitlocker, and I have the "Enable Autosuspend bitlocker" option enabled in the ADMX settings.  

Where / which log should I be checking for any possible error or drop-out messages which could be stopping these updates from applying?  Are there any obscure settings within the ADMX template that could be stopping any identified updates from not getting installed?
