Dell Onsite Support issue (3rd Party)
Recently Dell switched on-site support from Dell to a 3rd party vendor and the quality of the service has degraded significantly.
For example, the 3rd party (Unisys) CE doesn't bring a laptop to work, not prepared for the job, no show.
Is your on-site request still fulfilled by Dell badged CE or the 3rd party? I am just curious if Dell is switch to the 3rd party natione wide or just certain regions

Dell’s on-site support is now delivered through a mixed model. Depending on the region, service contract, and product, support may be provided by either Dell-badged Customer Engineers or authorised third-party vendors (such as Unisys). This is not a nationwide switch; it is limited to certain regions and coverage areas.
If there is a service quality issue (no-show, lack of tools, poor preparation), the recommended solution is to escalate the case with Dell Support or the account team and request review, retraining, or assignment of a Dell-badged CE where available.
