Dell Server Support - Not working

Question

Good day. I have been trying to open a ticket via Dell tech support web-site ( https://techdirect.dell.com/Portal/TechnicalSupport.aspx )  However all attempts result in  Technical Support not available at this time, please try again later. I have tried with different service tag machine, incognito mode, different browser, clearing cache and cookies. Still no go. What's up with that?

So it has been nearly a month and yet no solution? Not even any irrelevant reply? There are no Dell admins on this forum?
