documentum help

Hi all,

I am new to DOCUMENTUM, to work in WORKFLOW, can I start directly on it or should I learn something before it, I mean I have the S/W installed , can somebody show some tutorials, links for WORKFLOW ...It would be helpful if I can get something really working..I mean a working example, do we have something like this at all?

thanks
Pradeep

Hi
Files with EBS extension are Docbasic source code. You can open these files with any text editor - eg., Notepad.

Have you looked at the Workflow Manager User Guide?
http://support.documentum.com/Documentation/Workflow%20Manager%2f5%2e3%2fWorkflow%5fManager%5f53%5fuser%2epdf

Not sure what pre-req you're specifically inquiring about, but take a look at the prerequisites from the Workflow Management class offered by Documentum.

Prerequisites:
- Technical Fundamentals
- Mapping business processes work experience
- (desired) Familiarity with Documentum Foundation Classes (DFC)

abhijitp,
There's no prerequisites. But you need to have docbasic understanding if you are writing any procedures.
