EMC primus access

I could not access the emc knowledgebase articles in primus. When i tried to access through the following link

http://knowledgebase.emc.com/emcice/results.do

it prompts me for the user credential but it didn't accept the powerlink credentials and shows it as an invalid account.

Is there any alternative of accessing the primus ?

If you are a customer/partner/employee you should be able to see the KB Articles:

Method 1: support.emc.com > Search Support.

Method 2: go to powerlink

Support --> Search Support --> Iview. and the click on the link launch Iview, when that opens you can search for the primus solution provided you have the access to it!

I'm having problems with accessing Primus as well, but there's an alternative: do a search for the emc12345 number and you can view it from there as well.
