Environment information for SR

I'm wondering if something is messed up with my records or is this something happening to others too (if anyone is paying attention to it). When opening SR you can select one of previously defined environments (machines) for which you are opening case (or create new one and save it for future use). That is rather nice option as one doesn't need to give all details about configuration or machines specs each time SR is opened for same environment (and additionally you can edit that info later).

What I have noticed is that for last two SRs (but I think I have noticed that before, but I didn't pay much attention to it) is that in Service Request History at top under "< >" I see wrong data. I know what I have select and there is no chance I made a mistake twice. Nevertheless, I see wrong information there and I guess support would see it too (which in theory may lead them to give wrong patch set or do wrong initial research on problem).

Is this something I see only? As reference I can list my last two cases:

- 17202196

Host selected was networker, but instead in history I see host called wshn01. Any ideas?

Edit: When I go to Environment tab I can't change host information as that is not given so I'm not sure anymore if I can change that or not.
