Forum for process-specific (not product-specific) topics
It would be nice with a forum that was NOT product-specific, but that dealt more with discussing ways to incorporate a company's processes into Documentum.
For example, if a company is making an application to handle the review/approval process for SOPs, what experience do people have using virtual documents. Do people start a new document (in a virtual document, perhaps) each time they want to create a new published version or do they keep making making new versions of the same document? The last method has less control with respect to enforcing new types/templates and permissions to view old docuemnts.
