Have you fixed the issue?
Could you unmount the file system and remove any logical devices associated with it?
If necessary, varyoff any applicable Volume Groups, Run powermt display dev=all and make note of the hdisks associated with the hdiskpower device to be removed.

did you unmask the device from the HBAs? If you did PPath shouldn't be able to see them anymore.
