How do I delete a post ?

I posted a question. I used the spell check and it was not posted as a question. I hit the back button marked it as a question and posted again. It created another post, identical to the one before, only marked as a question. Please delete thread http://forums.documentum.com/jive3/thread.jspa?threadID=4343&tstart=0. 1. I suggest you add a way to delete a post if it has no answers (or if it was not read). 2. There is a post on the problem of spell check and question : http://forums.documentum.com/jive3/thread.jspa?forumID=2&threadID=4087&messageID=22585#22585 3. It is not clear to me if a user can change it's post to a question without the help of the forum manager / other help. 4. I suggest you check for consecutive posts with the same subject - it will almost be a problem of the same issue twice (like I accidently did) and not from a real need. Itai

Di, the line wrapping thing you fixed seems to have broken the links thing again (see above post). Perhaps the filters should be set up to ignore links

Itai,For now I have locked this thread so no one can post on it. We will delete it for your, but I need to show someone how to do this. So it may take a couple of days until we can get together.The bug you have reported with loosing the question flag when doing the spell check has been reported to our forum software provider.Dianna

No. We have no plans to do this. We only allow the author to edit a post that does not yet have any replies.If you need a post deleted, please let us know and we will remove it for you.Dianna
