How to get a physical image using EMC cloud capture

Hello there. Does anybody know how to get the physycal image after being scanned using cloud capture? On the examples i can see how to print it on screen (thumbnails and full size) but i have to send the image through a web service so i need to convert it into to a binary file so i can send it. I appreciate your help Thanks
