According to what you tell us, your equipment is having the characteristic symptoms of battery malfunction, associated with the level of charge. Keep in mind that while the computer is turned off, Windows will not be running and therefore will not generate any power consumption.
And if it is out of the PC, much less should you call technical support to have it checked
Just to be sure , as it was alright the last time i charged it then remove it .
I think that my laptop didn't calibrate correctly with this battery , As i have already changed it , So can you tell me is there a possible way to calibrate it to the new one?

check if certified original battery is replaced or not, may be a compatible battery is causing the issue
